Foella: City of Law
Foella is the city named after the Goddess of Law. Home to Judges, Lawyers, and to such building as the Grand Court, Prydyss Great Library, and the Foella Forum where once a year all the citizen of Qieyra come to let their issues be brought to the Nobles, and those in charge. This is where Sutyp Academy of Law is. When you need a lawyer or a judge they come to your city from here.
